Why would they need to? Is your GW taking up more than 3GB of RAM or something? It's not like x64 is a magical make it better button.

The WOW64 component handles 32-bit programs in Windows x64; however it's not as efficient as running a native 64-bit program (ie. it takes more memory to run a x86 program in Windows x64, etc.)

Just because GW is running in Windows x64 doesn't mean that GW is a 64 bit program. (See the task manager, GW.exe is labeled with *32).

So, I'm just wondering if there is a compiled 64-bit client for GW...

Not that I'm aware of. And it's not likely to happen. Maybe GW2 might.
